3. Speed of launch matters more than backend customization.

When BigCommerce Wins
1. Multi-storefront management at scale.
2. Heavy B2B + B2C blended needs.
3. Transaction fee allergy (no per-sale fee on BigCommerce vs Shopify's).
4. Strong native catalog management for 50K+ SKU stores.
