Find out where AI actually pays off for you

Before you buy anything, we look at your calls, leads, software and website, show you where AI would save time or bring in money, and give you a fixed quote. The audit is free and the findings are yours to keep.

What it does.

A free AI audit, then a plan with a fixed quote.

Phone and message review

When calls ring out, what people were calling about and what happened next. The same for DMs, texts and website chats.

Lead trail

Where leads come from, how long they wait for a first reply and the point where they go cold.

Software inventory

Every tool you pay for, what it costs, where two tools do the same job, and where your team works around them with paper and spreadsheets.

Website and AI search check

Speed, structured data, listings and whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google recommend you for the questions your customers ask.

A value estimate for each fix

For every recommendation, an estimate of hours saved or revenue recovered, with the assumptions written out so you can check the math yourself.

Paid roadmaps for bigger moves

For multi-location businesses or larger projects, a deeper plan: phases, build or buy for each piece, staff training and how the return gets reported.

Where it pays off.

Money spent on the right problem

Starting from where your business actually leaks, not from a tool someone pitched you, keeps your budget off projects that do not pay.

Subscriptions you can cancel

The software inventory often turns up tools that overlap or that nobody has opened in months.

A clear first project

You leave with one project ranked first, a fixed price for it and the reasoning behind it, so you can start small and watch the return.

A team that knows what is coming

Staff get a plain explanation of what changes for them, which makes the rollout faster and a lot less tense.

How it works.

  1. Step 1Free

    Book the free AI audit

A short call to learn how the business runs, then read-only access to what we need: call logs, lead sources, the software list and the website.

  2. Step 2

    We measure, not guess

We pull the real numbers: missed calls, reply times, software costs, site speed and AI search visibility. No surveys and no generic benchmarks.

  3. Step 3

    You get the findings

A plain written report: where time and money leak, what AI can fix, what each fix is likely worth, and a fixed quote for the ones worth doing.

  4. Step 4

Add a roadmap if you need one

Larger or multi-location businesses can add a paid roadmap with phasing, training and the monthly ROI report we will be measured against.

Questions owners ask.

Is the AI audit really free?
Yes. No charge and no obligation, and you keep the written findings whether or not you hire us. We do it because it is the only honest way to give you a fixed quote: we cannot price the work until we have seen your calls, leads and systems.
What do you need from me for the audit?
A short conversation about how the business runs and read-only access to a few things: your call log or phone system, where leads come in, a list of the software you pay for, and your website. Nothing gets changed during the audit.
We're a small business. Is AI even worth it for us?
Sometimes no, and the audit will say so. Small businesses usually get the most from simple fixes: answering missed calls, replying to leads fast and cutting duplicate data entry. Those do not need a big budget, and they are usually where we start.
Will you just recommend your own products?
When we have our own product that fits your industry, we say so and explain why. When the right answer is a tool you already pay for, or something off the shelf, that is what goes in the report. A recommendation that does not pay off is bad for both of us.
Who actually does the audit?
Our own team, the same engineers and strategists who build the systems, not a sales rep with a checklist. We are a Florida company, building for businesses since 2009, and we work in English and Spanish. The people who audit your business are the same people you would call once the work is live.
What is a paid roadmap and when do I need one?
If you have several locations, a bigger team or a project that touches many systems, a roadmap goes deeper than the audit: a phased plan, build or buy for each piece, staff training and how the return will be reported each month. It is a fixed fee, quoted after the free audit.
Do you meet in person?
In South Florida, yes. We come to the shop, the office or the clinic. Elsewhere in Florida we work remotely and travel when the project calls for it. Most of the audit itself happens remotely, so it does not take your team off the floor.
