The Kennel Software That Actually Works
Built a full Progressive Web App and AI-powered booking agent for a Miami pet hotel and daycare. Owners can check rates, book drop-offs, and get real-time availability without calling, all from their phone.

The challenge
Fit & Go Pets was scheduling every boarding reservation over the phone, consuming 2-3 hours of staff time daily. Existing kennel software cost $300+/mo and was built for desktops, not mobile pet owners texting at 10pm.
What we did
- Built PWA (installable on iOS + Android) with service menu, availability calendar, and one-tap booking.
- Deployed AI booking agent via WhatsApp that handles common questions (rates, availability, breed policies) 24/7.
- Built pet profile system: owners store pet name, breed, vaccine records, and vet contact, pre-populated on every booking.
- Structured data + local SEO launch targeting 'dog boarding Miami' and 'pet hotel near me' queries.
The outcome
Staff phone intake time dropped to near zero. Pet owners book from their phone in under 90 seconds. Fit & Go Pets is now the design partner for our kennel management SaaS vertical.
