- Built photo-to-listing MVP: agent uploads property photos and the AI generates a full MLS-ready listing description in 90 seconds.
- Designed AI lead qualification layer: when a buyer inquires, the AI collects pre-qualification data before routing to the agent.
- Mapped Bridge IDX MLS integration for MIAMI MLS compliance: proper disclaimers, 24hr refresh, quarterly reporting.
- Built deal pipeline tracker replacing standalone CRM: lead to offer to close, all in one view.
The Outcome
NURO Realty AI is in active development with the photo-to-listing MVP shipped and the full agent pipeline in build. Targeting Florida's 225K licensed agents as the go-to-market.
