- Built Next.js 16 + Supabase LMS with 5 pricing tiers: community, builder, agency pro, and lifetime, each gating different module access via Stripe webhook.
- Produced 94 instructional avatar videos using HeyGen AI video generation, cutting video production cost by 90% vs traditional filming.
- Wrote 35,000+ lines of curriculum in English and Spanish, covering AI agent architecture, client acquisition, pricing, and delivery.
- Integrated progress tracking, module unlock states, and a community layer for peer accountability.
