Every Emergency Call Answered, Day or Night
Our proposal for a South Florida plumbing company: answer every call at any hour with an AI receptionist that books the job, and build a service-area page for each city they cover. This is the design we pitched, not a launched site.

The Challenge
For a plumber, the most valuable call is the 2 AM emergency, and it is also the one most likely to go to voicemail. A missed call goes straight to the next company on the map. On top of that, one generic website cannot rank in dozens of cities at once.
Our Approach
- An AI receptionist that answers every call, gives the caller a safety step (like shutting the main valve), quotes an arrival window and books the job.
- Instant text updates to the customer and the on-call tech once a job is booked.
- A ZIP code checker on the homepage that shows the real arrival time for that area.
- One service-area page per city served, so the business can show up in local searches across its whole territory.
- Upfront price ranges for common jobs and an automatic review request after every completed visit.
