Can the AI give prices over the phone?
It gives the prices you approve and nothing else. Most shops let it quote fixed items like an oil change, a diagnostic fee or tire mounting, and send anything that needs eyes on the car to an appointment. It will not guess on a transmission or engine job. It books the inspection and tells the caller a service writer will follow up with the estimate.
