What about guests with food allergies?
The AI answers only from allergen information your chef or manager approves, and it says so. For severe allergies, it tells the guest to speak with the manager and flags the order so the kitchen sees it. It does not guess whether a dish is safe. When the menu changes, the allergen notes change with it, after a manager approves them.
