Will it give patients medical advice?
No, it sticks to scheduling, directions, hours, accepted plans, forms and general questions about your services. When a patient describes symptoms, it follows your triage script: urgent symptoms get told to call 911 or go to the ER, and anything clinical goes to a nurse or provider. It is not set up to diagnose or suggest treatment.
