The Challenge
Rafael Recalde ran multiple practice areas but had a single generic website and a manual intake process: email PDFs back and forth, wait days for responses, chase clients for signatures. Each delayed intake was a potential case lost.
Our Approach
- Built three practice-specific Next.js sites deployed to custom subdomains, one for lemon law, one for bankruptcy, one for general intake.
- Built iOS + Android client portal app with AI-guided intake wizard: collects facts, documents, and timeline automatically.
- Deployed AI intake agent that pre-qualifies potential clients 24/7 against case viability criteria before routing to attorney.
- All three sites wired to shared Firestore backend so intake responses flow directly into attorney dashboard.
The Outcome
Client intake that required 3 days of email exchanges now completes on mobile in under 4 minutes. The attorney receives a structured brief, not a pile of attachments.
