What I do

I lead engineering at NURO Growth. Most of the systems described on this site are ones I designed and shipped: the AI receptionist that answers our phone line, the chat assistant on every page, the client apps, and the integrations that move data between phone systems, CRMs, payment processors and the models.

Before it had the title, it was still engineering. For more than a decade I worked inside dealer groups and service businesses, rebuilding phone systems, websites and CRM automation for teams that lived on the results. That is where the habit of measuring every build against revenue comes from.

I work across the whole stack, from the Twilio call leg and the model prompt to the Flutter screen and the Next.js dashboard, and I prefer deterministic rules over a model wherever the answer has to be reproducible: eligibility checks, statutory deadlines, tax rules.
